I completely forgot about Motor Mouse until I saw this. I now remember him with his little crash helmet. Don’t remember the Ken Dodd program though. All I remember with Ken Dodd was the Diddy men.

Saturday mornings on BBC 1 in 1973 were divided into two parts - 10am until 11.25am was adult educational programming. After a 15 minute interval there was a weather forecast & then a tiny amount of children's shows from 11.45am until 12.45pm. ITV offered a better selection, more varied from 9am.

Remember that announcer loudly telling us it was produced by Tele-Hachette and Belvision from BBC1 ran it in the 1970s!

I had it recorded on tape, in the 1960s, recording the theme song of “Family Affair”, this is a FAMILY TV show, the announcer said “brought to you by …” and one of their sponsors was a cigarette sponsor !!! 😮😮
