Who has the right of way: car making a right hand turn at an intersection or a car making a u- turn?

As a Canadian, i find it ridiculous that kind of intersection exist without any control... If a city can't buy at least 2 stop sign for the safety of the drivers, that city council should be held responsible for any accident that could occur. Too many dumb drivers on the road and we should expect them to use their brain in that kind of intersection? Hell no. Priority on the road should always be controlled period

I really like these videos, but l would think twice about entering the intersection since there are SO many cameras out there!
