And ofcourse being pregnant is a though thing walahu a3lam. Allah made man and woman and choose the woman to be pregnant whit his wisdom so fear Allah and be glad if you are pregnant. The evidence for this view is the general texts. For example, according to a narration, the beginning of prayers is at the end of the previous prayer. According to another narration, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) performed the night prayer after the middle of the night, these are valid.

Midnight in Islaam isnt 12:00 rather it is if you start counting at maghrib lets say maghrib time is 7:00 and fajr time is 7:00 midnight then would be 12/2=6 hours after maghrib.l,so you divide the nigjt in two and add houra onto maghrib. So in thia case midnight would be 1:00 and that is what the time of Isha is until(permissible to delay till that). As for the time when it is recommended or you get the most rward is 1/3 of night. In the example above night was 12 hours and 1/3 of 12 is 4. So first 1/3 of night would end 4 hrs after maghrib i.e 11:00. So best time to oeay Isha then in this case would be from 11:00 to 1:00. Intention. In your "logical" example a sin much bigger is at play here. Let's say you were in that exact scenario. you still cannot proceed with the shooting, cause your shenanigan leads to a major sin, and not someone thinking "well I'll meet him in the morning then" And if you truly wanted to shoot the air(which is weird and irresponsible) and somewhere it did hit someone. Then you might be charged, but at the moment when you had claimed about just wanting to shoot the air, you were not lying.

For example, do you know that there is khilaf in the meaning of Virgin (no relations at all vs no relation in marriage).
