Why can't she just live with her father-in-law. I understand why women don't like living with mother-in-laws/ sister-in-laws but father-in-laws are mostly harmless.

​@@candyapple10 FILs *HARMLESS* compared to MILs and SILs!?!?!? 🤦🏻‍♀️ I recommend observing people a bit more. FILs are a league of their own and play their own games. Setting my own family stories aside I've come across numerous stories/posts by others asking for advice and help where FILs are a serious cause for concern. Don't *EVER* think one is more or less harmless than another especially when they can assert authority over you. That will be extremely naive of a person to do so.

I dont know of any hadith that states living under one household yhe wife has the right to request to live in her own house with her husband however this is a big test for the brother as his parents has a right over him aswell. Allahu alem
