You can hear the sounds of screams of the children and trains and dogs barking in all hours of the night and the people running away from whatever is coming to get them. No, they’re sound effects. If it were, it’d be much worse quality, idk if there are any audio recordings from any concentration camp, and even if there were, they were most likely destroyed by the Nazis to cover up the crimes committed there.
