Works on Acceleration. Most things in baseball are quick bursts of speed so acceleration is HUGE for baseball players

Nice pitch, I used to throw that back when I was in sixth grade lol. I’m in my 30s now. I got to ask does it feel like when you throw it? I always almost felt like I was aiming at the batter to just get it to cuts in to the strike zone.

Yes, he definitely can do these. Don't be afraid to add in some lifts/exercises with weights as well as that can help him build a solid foundation when starting young!

1It a good idea. Nobody told me that when I was younger. Now at 40 my shoulders fu<k off out of socket just rolling over in my sleep. Had to have them popped back in place numerous times now.

We do full ROM bench work too, but also mix in some half/quarter ROM to focus more on output
