you need a scudlauncher and an infantry unit in the chinook. then force fire the ground using the ctrl key. you got to make sure the chinook stays within the minimal and maximal distance of the target to make sure the scudlauncher can indeed fire. once you get to close or to far the scudlauncher won't fire.

Man , try to beat 7 hard teamed " USA Super Weapon General " ( general Alexis Alexander ) armies with " China " army . No limit of superweapons , 5000 $ , your random color , random color and positions of bots , your position on top middle on map " Fortress Avalanche " , play on fastest speed . I think that is one of hardest challenges on skirmish in " Command & Conquer : Generals - Zero Hour " !

There actually is a bug with the scud storm. If the missile hits the building, it will not take damage but if it hits the ground, the building takes damage. Idk why it's designed that way
