if you install gentool you can change your own frame rate but this only works in online games. cause in single player games it just speeds the game up. I think this is what you mean right?

Your opinion is biased because you were able to see him play so fog of war was not applied on you but if you were playing against him in the same game i believe your behaviour would also be somewhat similar to these players

I was playing undercover at a time not manny strong players were online so chances of 1 of them really playing smart at this time is not very high. Also even if they attack me with a big army i can still build an army on the other position. Or just keep sending bombtruck drones. 🤣
