Good morning bro. Problem kasi sa group meron talaga pasaway diyan. Yung mga hindi nag check ng bike bago gamitin. Pag nasiraan kasi manlalamig kana sa pag iintay sa kanya ayusin. Katamad na mag pedal. Meron pa diyan may't maya gutom hahaha. Kainis e. Over all masaya sa group naman

yep basta audax chill ride lang talaga, for me always aim around 80% before cut off time very nice ride ✌ always love the longer audax that reaches nighttime, 300~400, for me nawawala ang pagod pag colder na ang temp

Yes, tama ka. Pareho tayo naihinto agad ang smoking. hindi totoo yung sinasabi ng iba na gradual ang pag hinto sa smoking.

Smoke-free for six years now-same cold turkey! It was so hard for me because I used to smoke whenever I felt stressed o kaya after meals o kaya while drinking alcohol. Kahit papaano I managed to resist temptation. I stopped hanging out with smokers and drinkers para di makaamoy. Now, even if someone smokes right in front of me, I’m not tempted at all. Naiirita na ilong ko at nababahuan.

same, quit cold turkey from smoking back in May 11, 2011. was thinking back then that I'm working out so it would be a logical move to stop smoking. agree that maturing will make you realize not everything can be controlled, specially what others think of you...most of the time, people don't care so just do your thing and compare you from the previous version of yourself.
