Great job it was extremely difficult and frustrating to find a simple video on how this is done.

You think this would work on a floor crack and cove joint? That’s where I have water coming in.
@ArkWorks4 ай бұрын
I looked at the product description and it clearly stated for "Surface Recommendation: Poured Concrete Walls", so I doubt if it works for floor crack

Thank you for the video. Is it still sealed now after 3 years? Was is hard to inject over thin cracks?
@ArkWorks10 ай бұрын
It is sealed and dry after 3 years, it went through good amount of snow and many rains over the 3 years, I did not put the insulation back yet as I am in no rush, may be I will do a review video sometime before I close it. It was not hard to inject, mine was around 1/8 of inch cracks at some places and some places less than 1/8. I am satisfied with the product and outcome of the work. Hope that helps

Hello Mike, I think I brought them from Lowes, stainless steel screws and nuts. Assorted pack from Amazon should work. Try in Lowes if the assorted pack does not work for you.

Comes the comment from the clueless. You can get all those for a couple of hundreds and they will pay themselves over many times. This is pure inadequacy in the garb of sarcastic wit. Make peace with yourself.

Awesome video. Be sure to wear a properly fitted respirator when working with concrete dust and toxic fumes. Also make sure the correct filter cartridges for the working conditions are used with the respirator. Wear eye protection as well.

Hi, I have seen your video multiple times and finally got courage to start the project. Bought all materials but while making gopuram I am not able to understand what angle to cut the moulding and how to measure that angle on miter saw( bevel angle, miter angle and slope)If you can please share some resource that I can use and your help is very appreciated
@ArkWorks Жыл бұрын
Enter your gopuram slope angle, no.of sides to get the Miter and Blade Angle (Play around with scrap pieces to get a good fit) www.blocklayer.com/compoundmitereng.aspx Example: inputs: Sides (4), Slope (59), Horizontal Miter Angle 27.3° Blade Angle 37.3° Google for Miter angle and blade angle in KZbin, there are lot of vides jansson.us/jcompound.html - Use N-sided Box - Enter your inputs if you have same dimensions as ours, then I mentioned the angles in the video, try that with scrap pieces until you get a good join.

This is good. I made one just like it and it works great UNTIL it starts to get full. Then even though the compost inside fills only a 1/4-1/3 full it is HEAVY and then the casters put perma dents in the barrel and you can hardly roll it. I even put on several handles to pull on. So.......... back to the draw board. Breeds flies like crazy too. Not sure if it is worth it or not yet.
@ArkWorks Жыл бұрын
I could fill only half before it got heavy, no damage to bin with the rollers yet :-), don't think we can fill more than half of it

@ArkWorks Жыл бұрын
Hello Anshu, I think 1 inch nails for the trim, for screws I believe 2 and 1/2 inch, get screws long enough to bite into wood, hope that helps.
