works well, need to rotate daily, I wouldn't change anything for my simple use case

Wont the compost be too wet since u dont have holes other than the sides?

We don't add lot of water to compost

This is good. I made one just like it and it works great UNTIL it starts to get full. Then even though the compost inside fills only a 1/4-1/3 full it is HEAVY and then the casters put perma dents in the barrel and you can hardly roll it. I even put on several handles to pull on. So.......... back to the draw board. Breeds flies like crazy too. Not sure if it is worth it or not yet.

I could fill only half before it got heavy, no damage to bin with the rollers yet :-), don't think we can fill more than half of it

you did not say what size bolts and size nuts you used. the links take us to assortment packs

Hello Mike, I think I brought them from Lowes, stainless steel screws and nuts. Assorted pack from Amazon should work. Try in Lowes if the assorted pack does not work for you.
