I have bought the xpr7550e off of OfferUp but I had no clue I had to have a software for it where can I find it?

how do you get the cps in the first place. i have the same radio and i cant even program them because i dont have the cps. i dont know where to find it or where to even download something.

I keep getting #8593 on my XPR 7550e I have paired it and it says connected but will not communicate with the program. No sure if the Ip address need to be changed? But never had to change it before.

Please post in English. The default password is 1234 which assumes it was not changed.

Software must be used ? Purchases are being made on eBay with many old XPR retired radios . Now a lot of retired radios are are on sale ! And yes are is many XPR 7550e are for sale out there good and lightly damaged. But so easy to repair !

I have a driver problem. In Device Manager, it’s sitting in ‘Other Devices’ as ‘Bluetooth Peripheral Device’ with the yellow triangle and exclamation point. No driver loaded apparently. I’ve uninstalled several times, tried reinstalling the driver from the Motorola folder (RDIS). Always the same thing. This happened before. I think a windows ‘update’ caused this. Any clues? Hello there, It seems nice to know how to program motorola using bluetooth. If my radio's menu, XiR M8268, no bluetooth option, does it mean that I cannot set my radio using bluetooth?

Ok can you just hook a regular Bluetooth headset to it or do you need to go threw all this stuff on the computer first really guys some of us are not ham or radio enthusiasts try to keep it plan and simple

Thank you so much! I couldn't get it to work until I saw your video. Works perfect for programming the radio, so simple and I don't have to hook up the programming cable every time I need to change something in the radio. I think it may even transfer data faster through Bluetooth. This is great!
