Planetory Gear pe Motor ki speed reduce hotey hai aur Toque( Yani Takat) baraya jata hai. Ye torque Sprocket ke throuch Track Chain pe jata hai.

Why are the odd number of pistons incorporated in any piston pump? Odd numbers of pistons are used to ensure smooth pump operation, continuous flow and to keep balancing the forces to reduce vibrations. 1. Smoother Operation An odd number of pistons ensures that there is always at least one piston in the intake phase and one in the discharge phase. Thus ensure continuous fluid flow. Due to this the flow of fluid become continuous and uninterrupted, results smoother pump operation. 2. Reduced Pulsation: Pulsation creates due to inconsistent flow and pressure. When odd number of pistons are used, the intervals between each piston’s stroke are more evenly distributed, which results a steadier flow. 3. Even Load Distribution: Odd number of piston preventing any unbalanced forces and allows even distribution of forces within the pump. . 4. Stability During Operation: Due to even load distribution the stability of the pump increases. This stability is important to preventing any mechanical stress during pump operation. 5. Reduced Vibrations Due to even load distribution the pump achieve a balanced and smooth operation which reduces mechanical vibrations. This results, less wear and tear, noise which in turn improve pump’s performance, durability and extend pump life.

Main components of the hydraulic system of an Excavator include: 1. Hydraulic pump: Generating the high-pressure hydraulic fluid flow Powered by the engine. 2. Control valves: These valves regulate the flow and pressure of the hydraulic fluid to the various hydraulic cylinders that control the movement of the boom, arm, and bucket. 3. Hydraulic cylinders: These are linear actuators that convert the hydraulic pressure and flow into mechanical force and movement to operate the excavator's components. 4. Hydraulic oil reservoir: This tank holds the hydraulic fluid that circulates through the system. Also responsible for dissipating heat. 5. Hydraulic lines and hoses: These transport the high-pressure hydraulic fluid from the pump to the control valves and cylinders. The basic operation is as follows: 1. The hydraulic pump draws fluid from the reservoir and generates high-pressure flow. 2. The control valves direct this high-pressure fluid to the appropriate hydraulic cylinders, causing them to extend or retract and move the excavator's components. 3. The fluid then returns to the reservoir, where it is cooled and filtered before being recirculated by the pump. Excavators use two types of Hydraulic Systems known as OLSS (Open-Centre Load Sensing System) & CLSS (Closed-Centre Load Sensing System) in some of the popular makes of excavators apart from, LSPC Hydraulic System, PPPC Hydraulic System and NFC Hydraulic System . 1. OLSS uses two banks of Open-Centre Direction Control Spool Valves to control simultaneous operation of maximum four functions with two hands & two legs at any given point of time. 2. CLSS uses a single bank of Closed-Centre Direction Control Spool Valves to control similar functions. Excavator Operation: A Hydraulic Excavator has six functions and twelve operations. The Functions & Operations are: a) Boom-Up or Boom-Down, b) Stick In/ Crowd or Stick out/ Uncrowd, c) Bucket-Curl In or Curl Out, d) Swing-Right or Left, e) Left Track Forward or Reverse, f) Right Forward or Reverse.

But during actually one piston cannot stay either in intake or delivery all the time. This results fluctuating fluid flow. But when you have three pistons, there is one piston in the intake phase and another in the delivery phase all the time. As a result, fluid flows in an unbroken motion so that it results into smooth running pumps. 2. Even numbers of piston generates fluctuation in in flow rates or pressure which cause fluid Pulsations. But when there’s an odd number of pistons, each stroke provides smoother flow, hence there is no pulsation. 3. As there is a consistent flow and with minimum vibration, machine gets less mechanical stress and even load distribution results parts reliability ie. longer parts life.
