watch Toyota go back to selling plain vehicles after this, they're realize very fast nobody can afford these because people who modded their previous gen taco's bought the lowest trim and paid for aftermarket parts.

While I would love to see some back-to-basics plain Jane pickups, it seems like every automaker is going after the wildest factory setup possible (looking at your Raptor R and TRX). Toyota's late to the party, but given how they operate, I'd be surprised if they screw this up.
@desertblade18742 күн бұрын
They devolved the Taco with the 4 cylinder and more over killed the reliable 2.7 I4 that was always offered... Stupid decision to force a single engine option on their customers Definitely pass.. I'd rather go for the naturally aspirated V6 Frontier

Is this the engine that keeps blowing up?

Built in Mexico where Toyota pays the workers 80% less than they paid American workers yet the price rose over $10k. The fit, finish, and quality have gone way down. Sad! Vote with your wallet and let Toyota know they made a bad decision, this is why you see so many Tacoma's on dealers lots, they are not selling.

HAHA SHOULD CHANGE THE TITLE TO THIS VID AS TO THE TRUCK NO ONE CAN AFFORD

It's a pricey Tacoma for sure, but people seem happy to shell out big bucks for all the dinosaur-themed trucks. It'll be interesting to see if Toyota can get in on the action.

Less capable, less reliable, more expensive than my built 3rd gen Tacoma. No thanks.

You sound like every other old people whining whenever things change. You know like when iPhones came out, tv changed from plasma to led, gas stove to induction, 70s American cars to 80s japanese imports, etc.

Definitely more expensive, but this Trailhunter looks to be fairly capable.

New Ram [TRX]...coming same engine and electric motor...total 1001 hp...watch
I'd be interested if it came with the 6.4 bed length. But it's only available with 5.7. I'll stick with the Limited.

They don't start making an economical midsized truck, they're going to be stuck with dealer lots full of these overpriced gas guzzling full sized trucks

This isn’t built by Ford. It’s a Multimatic car. Ford just supplied the motor.

It is still a little tall, big and heavy for a GT3 so Ford gave it 800 hp.This is great for taller drivers in the road car. Unfortunately, the IMSA and WEC track car was forced to be naturally aspirated and given 250 less hp.So it is slower on the turns than the other GT3`s and not allowed to have the blazing straight line speed where it would kick ass. The only way it will win a race is if the other cars break down, make mistakes or the BOP is changed somehow by the officials, Ha.It`s weird that the homologated road car would beat the race car on track.
