Thank you Rebecca for so eloquently speaking about this transformational time. Knowing now that there are contractions and expansions during this time brings me comfort. At times I’m not sure if what I’m experiencing is part of my journey, or the pain I feel for humanity and Earth - maybe it’s both? Lovely idea! I will try “lighting up” in response to seeing more than just two people and my cat! Also, you validated my response on seeing my dad’s body after he transitioned to non-physical. I had exactly the same reaction - “he” was not there, the body was like an empty cicada shell. Unanimated by his soul, it was hardly recognizable

Thanks for sharing, i always see the good, the Light, the Soul in People. I have had much struggle with that because i refuced to see the opposite and by that i constantly did invite People in my life that are destructive for me. I just learned the opposite of what you share here, to see also the other side. You can love someone from a distance and sometimes thats better for your own soul, you can not carry the world, if you want your Light te keep shining boundaries are super important ❤

I love doing that! My children taught me how to see when they were smaller. Now I actively try and bring light to everyone I meet, while respecting my boundaries:)
