Review for A-Frame House Stay (December 21-22, 2024) We stayed as a group of 15 members on the ground floor of the A-Frame house for two days. Here’s our honest feedback based on the experience: Positives: 1. The rooms and their ambiance were pleasant. 2. The swimming pool was well-maintained, safe, and enjoyable. Negatives: 1. Despite being December, the resort was not cool enough, and the air conditioning in the rooms was not working, making the stay uncomfortable. 2. Full payment was collected before check-in, but the service was subpar, possibly because they had already secured the payment. 3. The accommodation is not suitable for 15 people. Only 8 members could sleep on cots, while the rest had to manage with extra beds on the floor. Additionally, there were insufficient foot mats for the restrooms. 4. Do not opt for BBQ services. They provided only charcoal, which was not suitable for BBQ and emitted harmful hydrocarbons, posing a health risk. 5. The food quality was poor. You have to eat whatever is served, regardless of prior commitments about the menu during booking. 6. There were no entertainment options as promised. The projector wasn’t available, and they claimed KZbin songs could only be played via a laptop, which they didn’t provide either. Overall Experience: While the property and its amenities (like the pool and room ambiance) are good, the poor service, lack of promised facilities, and substandard food made the stay disappointing. Clear improvements are needed, especially in service quality, food options, and fulfilling commitments made to guests.
