The world's largest collection of Ford Crown Victoria vehicles is held by the **Chi-Town Crown Vic Boyz**. Based in Chicago, Illinois, this group of enthusiasts has amassed a significant number of Crown Victorias, including many former police interceptors and civilian models. The Crown Victoria, often referred to as the "Crown Vic," is a full-size sedan that was produced by Ford from 1992 to 2011. It has gained a cult following due to its durability, spaciousness, and iconic status as a police and taxi vehicle. More details about the Chi-Town Crown Vic Boyz and their collection can be found through their social media pages and various car enthusiast forums where they frequently share updates, photos, and stories about their vehicles.

Recently bought a 2003 CV LX with 109,000 miles from the original owner , older retired senior. Car has been garaged in southern California and is super clean. Silver with light Grey leather interior. Digital dashboard. Best 5 grand I ever spent.

I know i'm alittle late(3 years) to this party but i just wanted to say that i found this KZbin channel because of your LTD Crown Victoria content. It was served up to me on a platter because i just absolutely love these cars. The 1988-1991 are my favorites and there have been some extremely beautiful examples on this channel but it's the passion of the creator that keeps me coming back. He is genuine in his love for them and it comes through in the videos.

Vent windows! Had 88 LTD LX wagon, no 'wood', best car I've ever owned. Got up to 28 mph, handled like a sports car (no joke), smooth ride, trouble free. Thankyou Henry, it almost makes up for all your political stuff back when.

1 reason NOT to drive a Panther: Because you drive an MN12 Thunderbird/Cougar! All the benefits of a Panther but a coupe and 4 wheel independent suspension

its basically wrong harness for your mustang ,you bought a door from a 2018+ which doors and windows controlled by door module ,as you see on your video there is no module on your old door because older mustangs door and windows controlled by bcm-b module which located at the right side of the trunk :) solution : remove door module and relocate pins according to your old harness ,vice versa !!

I'm currently looking at one exactly like this, except it already has whitewalls on it, 120k and the seller wants 6k
@klwthe3rd14 күн бұрын
You completely did the right thing screening the buyers. So many buyers totally trash any vehicle they buy and as the current cartaker it's wonderful that you cared enough about this beautiful car to want it to go to a loving home. I also agree that the 1988-1989 years are the best in regards to interiors. I hate the 1990-1991 dashboards for the same reason you gave, it's freaking ugly. Airbag looks like crap and the sloped dash was indeed meant for the Towncar. I applaud you for your determination to get this car into good hands.

Pretty sure my '95 Crown Vic had 4 wheel disc brakes. I had the electric cluster in my '93 Cougar and loved it. Was very disappointed when Ford discontinued it. I also prefer the older analog cluster in my '95 as it had gauges instead of idiot lights. They did away with some of the gauges to put in a tach in 2005. Personally, I could never see the point of a tachometer in a car with an automatic trans. I'd much rather have a full set of gauges.

I think it’s a sharp car!!!! 340 hp??? I can see a market for a car like that, newlyweds starting a family??? Great job Al!!!!

Oh yeah man, 340 horses out of that tiny leaf blower. Definitely a market for that car. Thanks Joe!
@ro0ster64816 күн бұрын
@@LimitedEditionMotorcars that engine is not making 340 horses, it's making 264 hp, 340 is when it works together with the 2 electric drive motors.

Glad you showed the Crown. My wife just asked me about it. Her Highlander is a 2017 and she wants something smaller.
@LimitedEditionMotorcars16 күн бұрын
If you gonna go for the Crown, make sure you get the Platinum with 340hp. The lower trims are underpowered.
@DarrenLinc15 күн бұрын
For me, it is a no brainer to get the Platinum with more horsepower. My wife likes better mileage. The Limited is supposed to get 41mpg while the Platinum gets 31 mpg. I’ll have to persuade her that resale on the Platinum is higher.
@LimitedEditionMotorcars15 күн бұрын
I can guarantee you that the limited won't get the advertised economy because you constantly have to floor it to get the car to move. It is completely gutless.
