This is the best convo I’ve heard with Dr. Joe. It pays to have the interviewer be someone credible and knowledgeable of the topic and that has the ability to ask the right questions to unpack the nuance. Until this convo I’ve always understood what Joe was saying but still felt like he was a snake oil salesman. I’ve listened to lots of his talks and read his books, but this by far the best one. Great job Mike.

What I really liked about this interview was that the host did not let Dr Joe get into the standard way of taking the conversation along in a certain pattern, using the same set of phrases and sentences that it stats becoming cliched after some time. He interrupted immediately as soon as he saw De Joe start drifting along and settling into standard predictable narrative sequence. He immediately starts asking startling out of the box questions which are still very relevant but from a completely new perspective which makes Dr Joe pause and think and give more unrehearsed answers which are very refreshing. All together a completely different and very interesting and very absorbing interview! Thanks very much, really enjoyed it!!

this suggestion is utterly complex and individual. I have tried, for years, only to get better at imagining fantastic things. People have all kinds of traumas and disabilities, not to mention soul level issues. Individual problems, need individual solutions.

Thank you for this interview, I can listen to Dr Joe all day long and always learn something new ❤🙏 he is truly changing the world. The believes that we had in the past is that some special people , saints , monks, extraordinary people only can do extraordinary things, Dr Joe says we all are extraordinary and we can all make miracles happen in our lives 🙏thank you both for this episode

I loved this interview. I've been following him and do his meditations for the last 6 years. Dr Joe generally tends to lead the interviews, following his chain of thoughts and tends to repeat himself. This makes some interviews similar to others. This one is different, clearly due to dr Gervais different point of view and his questions. Thenk you very much!

Can we heal our body/mind that has already experienced trauma? I was in a car accident over 38 yrs ago, lost my memory, for at least 4 months but nobody knew. Doctors didn’t tell family or didn’t know the extent. I’m 62 now and little things are making me wonder if I’m having after effects.

These interviewers who just have to keep interrupting Dr. Joe with their own personal stories due such a disadvantage or obstruction to the interview because they interrupt the viewers flow of understanding what th e content is about and getting it all in one flow state....why can't they just shut up? Just as you shouldn’t go to just any martial arts teacher, or just throw yourself in any college, you shouldn’t just go to any random wannabe meditation teacher. Do your research on the history of who and where you are learning from. Your instructor should have a legit lineage, or at least be certified. Don’t learn from random wannabes.
