Hi, how much did you end up using thr roof bed? Did you wish youd gone for the scenic canvas? How is the head beight in the roof bed flr sitting up there enjoying the view? Looking to have a west dubz fitted for my scorland trip!
@cruisycampers4749Ай бұрын
Hi there, the roof bed was rarely used and would only really be suitable for a child to stay in. I would highly recommend getting the scenic canvas without the roofbed. This would give you more headroom.

Is there any change of height in the interior headroom when the top is down, ie is it lower or higher than the original roof inside?
@cruisycampers4749 Жыл бұрын
With the bed it makes it the same height, but without the bed it adds about 3/4 inches of added height. Which does make quite a difference

Either a switched 12v or constant 12v feed will be ok. I would check the earth for the relay is working and everything is connected securely.

Long pressing the lock or unlock button can cause this or a faulty remote that is constantly sending a signal out.

Hi yes we did, it is pretty essential to have one for safety reasons. We also fitted one bellow the gas connection under the hob Incase it leaks. Drill a hole with a small drill bit first to make sure you’re in the right spot
