i just purchased one of these saws, but when cutting it pulls to one side. I noticed the black metal guide is not directly over the cutting blade it is slightly offset to the right. this causes the wood to jam when cutting, i could not find a way to adjust this. I also noticed in you video thia black metal was removed, did you have the same problem?

Id rather use original Chinese brands than fake copies of big brands those are the real OEMs.

After watching this i made a T shape guide... and i clamp the far end after squaring the near end

I got my table saw for free from a co worker. It didn't come with a fance

When you took 90 degrees check and clamp the pieces I knew you are going to get into trouble!! I also experienced it a lot and I've learnt my lesson; I always do not clamp such joints unless the right angle is not critical!!!

At 2:36, Why not glue vertical piece to horizontal piece, THEN glue the spacer bits to the 2 boards. They will be perfectly tight.

For future design: add another cross bar from side to the other on the end of the board. Otherwise fence has chance to be off by +/- 2mm

I've noticed that too myself, especially when I was looking to buy a digital magnetic leveler and both Total & Ingco had the same style exactly. Only colors change. Blue-White for Total & Yellow-Black for Ingco. Not that it surprises me. Generally that's been happening in the market for decades. The only difference is that now they don't mind that products look exactly the same!!

Maybe throw some cam locks on it and re-make your end bars so that they hug the table edges? This way the cam locks would just push against the tabletop and create locking pressure in tandem with the end bars/rails.

Great video I will be building one of these. Just a suggestion. You could add two wings to the bottom of the sides holding the fence to the table so It also catches the bottom of the table so you don't have to use clamps

isn't the bottom shelf suppose to go above the skirt so it can bear more weight? or maybe you modified it to your wish.
