Very humbling.. I want to share this with people today because I can be a know-it-all too, but have learned to listen a LOT more than when I was younger. I LOVE my parents, and I LOVE our leaders, but I LOVE AND WORSHIP Jesus Christ. 🙏🏻🫂💜🕊

I really appreciate this talk💜 It reminds me of some details I need to figure out how to sharpen up. Also, by my experience these substances not only destroy your body and mind, but also your spirit. The good news is that if you're still around, Jesus Christ's Atonement is custom made for YOU 🙏🏻🫂💜🕊🌞

Lots of practice? Plus, they do cry. Theyre trained to sing through their tears. It helps them testify of Christ more effectively when they cry. Just my guess. This is my fave as well. Weep like a child whenever i hear it. Cant sing it myself without crying either. Such a beautiful song.

My brother used to be a hard-core drug abuser. This talk was given in the middle of his addiction. At the time, it made me teary, but that was it. 3 months ago, I rewatched this, and I wept while listening. In the time between the first and second time I ljstened, I've been slapped, punched, cussed out, swore at, watched seizures from overdoses, seen suicide attempts, been blamed for suicide attempts, seen nights where he passes out from drinking, and seen some amazing miracles. Including this talk. This has always been my favorite conference talk, but it was cemented when I watched the second time, as I shook from crying so hard. This is the best talk that I have ever heard

The following is from The Come follow me Manuel January 14-30, 2022 “Because Moses 7 is a record of how God’s followers successfully built Zion, it can instruct and inspire us today as we strive to do the same. Consider using a table like this one to record what you learn about Zion from Moses 7:16-21, 27, 53, 62-69.” Also From Come follow me January 14-30 2022 we are told the following: The phrases “taken up” (Moses 7:21, 23), “lifted up” (Moses 7:24), “caught up” (Moses 7:27), and “fled” (Moses 7:69) refer to Zion and the people of Enoch being translated and taken to heaven. Is also in the same chapter of Come follow me. So deafly Zion definitely can mean and I believe to be translated.

I remember doing this it was such a cool experience! We didn’t have handkerchiefs so we just used paper towels but it was still so cool. I got to do it again today at the dedication of a temple in my area.

Sin is a spiritual health condition. To become whole again requires healing of the spiritual health illness. This is what the gospel is, a health examination and treatment of the spirit. It cures the illness we have acquired through disobedience and sin. it's good to have a heart surgeon as the Prophet.

I left the mormon church years ago and i’ve since found my peace in another church (catholic) but this is still one of my favorite hymns. especially the last verse. I sang it over and over on my mission. beautiful

What a masterful discourse on what pride is. I have fond memories of President Ezra Taft Benson as when I joined the Church he was the prophet. Likewise President Hinckley. He was the ever present rock of the first presidency as a counsellor and being a great voice of the Church.
