I have lumps on both breasts i went to hospital for ultrasound and they wrote that it was fibroadenoma, sometimes its painful,i feel pain even on my hand especially the left breast i cannot even sleep with my left side,im so scared i goggle every day 😢i just hope i get money and go get the lumps removed through surgery, I'm so tired 😩 of the pain and discomfort i cannot even run or walk faster because the breast feel so heavy,i cannot even put on a bra 😭

Hi Ashley, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will stay cancer free. Amen. Owe....I got ma fibroadenomas removed after 1 year .....same I too research with same...and ma mother have same history...too.... actually it's painful but every article says it's non painful..it's exactly like radiating pain towards our fingers sudden sharp pain ...that persist .... ofcourse as...a person I may that one is so tolerable which doesn't mean we need to tolerate it for every day...if u have pain and if it persist for months ..it's better to get removed....😊

Ashley, thank you so much for sharing this. Currently going through this and find out for sure what this is this week. I'm not certain what it is yet, but fibroadenoma was mentioned a lot. This entire ordeal has been causing me so much anxiety. I too have felt the radiating of discomfort in my collarbone and even my upper arm. Honestly, your video calmed me a bit. I dont feel so alone in this - which I have felt the past week.

Found a lump in my left breast. I think it’s a fibroadenoma as well but still very scary as I am only 28 and never had a lump before. Going on Monday to get it looked at. I wish this was discussed more so women are educated on what’s going on and not freak out

I just came back from another doctors appointment. 4 hours of waiting, exams, ultrasounds only for them to tell me it’s benign. And they can only remove it surgically if it increases in size 😂 they found 4 more than was seen in my last scans but you wanna wait until they get bigger to fix it?? This is how the medical profession gets a bad rap. They don’t care about the sharp pains, the non stop 3 to 6 month dr visits that never end, the permanent thinking of oh god what if I’m dieing. None of it matters so long as they get to avoid having to do unnecessary surgery

I found a lump as well. I really hope this is what I have…the stress I have is so crazy, in Jesus name this is what I have. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 years ago but is now cancer free. I’m only 22 and I really really really it’s hope not. I have a doctor apt next week and I can’t wait. 😞💕

That sounds exactly like what I have. Same side, same location (side underarm and breast) and likely the same size. I had mammo , ultra sound and now waiting for a call back for a biopsy. Pain too. I think mine may have been caused bya thyroid supplement I took that increased estrogen but I don't know. One doctor said it COULD cause it the other said it couldn't. Thank you for this video because I was wondering if large lumps could be benign.

I’m watching the video after the fact and I wished I would have found it before. I found a lump in December - caused noticeable pain. The pain would be in my entire boob down to the pain going down to my fingers like you said. I was in denial or just brushed it off (mostly due to fear of the worst). I had a biopsy Monday, got my results today - it’s a fibroadenoma🙏🏽 Don’t ignore any lumps or pain - no matter how scary the thought is. Praying for everyone who is going through that paranoia before finding out what their lump is. Thank you for the video!!

Hello!! Don’t stop roller skating just because of a injury.!! You will fall hard and hurt your self, but soon you will be able to get back up in about a month or so!! :) I broke my ankle but I still roller skate after I got better ❤ I did have to wait 3 months tho! I hope you have the confidence to get back up on your roller skates.

I have pains in my both breast but it is more on the left and it is more severe during my period. I did mamogram and ultrasound and it turned out that I have 2 lumps on that breast. Hi Thank you for sharing your experience. I have painful lump Ultrasound showed features of fibroadenoma but I am worried because of the pain and some other changes.
