Bro, the heat is drying.Your concrete so fast. It's causing the cracks, especially if there's any kind of wind.Wind and heat are the killers for concrete

Great video as usual. How long did it take you to learn the ins and outs of seeing a project like this from start to finish? Codes, building methods, order of operations, etc. it looks like it would be easy to miss things. Any response would be appreciated.

And yet, the whole building is built with OSB. Which is glued together with a highly flammable glue. So many codes are just ridiculous. I work in hvac and my local municipality instituted a new round of codes a year ago. They went from over 200 permits per month to less than 50 in the entire last year. And we had to add $5000 to $20000 to each house in order to seal the duct system to comply with the new codes.

New codes more money, little if any benefit for the people paying. Fire code, no petroleum or wood construction only adobe brick or metal just like the three little pigs proved in the children’s story, oops can’t use logic when it gets in the way of convenience or money 🤫

We actually can't do this in Alaska it's against code because of the rules insulated since 1964 because of our earthquakes it makes the building more structurally sound and yes we have heat waves too but then again they don't do that on the floor at all because it's jointed maybe he was wrong about the floor cuz I've never heard of that before you want that s*** as tight as possible because of people walking on it
