Hi good after moon. Very nice yoga lessons for seniors. A great yoga teacher who lonveys this very well. I'm already a senior, so would like to join in and train. In order to become somew hat fit and flexible again, Which you can still learn as you get older. Are there certain exercises, so to speak, for examble the Plow ( Halasana) ? Unfortunately there is no senior yoga in my area, only very far away. Have fun training.👏👍🌹❤

Very first position (child) is one many older people can't do as their knees won't bend like that. Doesn't give confidence this teacher understands issues for many old people.

I love your complete practice. I am an almost 76 year old woman with arthritic knees and yet I can do this whole practice with very little modification. This is the best practice that I've found. Please make more videos similar to this! Thanks for doing this.

Loved this! Great instructor, I have been teaching pilates for 30 yrs and haven't done yoga in 10 yrs? This was excellent as I have had two major injuries due to chiropractors, sacrum and neck. This was great, wasn't pretty but felt good. Thx for recording

Thank you for the yoga practice, been doing it for a while now it really helps me with my balance and flexibility. I’m 68 and have been living with Parkinson’s for 10 years. Would recommend this to any one coping with Parkinson’s. Thanks again

do you breath out thru nose of mouth?

For most of your yoga practice we suggest breathing in & out through your nose. This is more calming to your nervous system and filters the air as it enters your body. Thanks for practicing with us!

I’m doing the two videos also and can’t find any of similar videos. Very good because there are actually 60 years old doing it and not the acrobatic younger ones. Would like to follow on zoom. Which time zone is the 9am class?

Thank you so much for this excellent yoga video. I go to silver sneakers yoga class twice a week, but haven’t been really thrilled because the young guy who leads the class does constant repetitions of each pose and flow that make the class very boring. I am 79 and can do floor yoga although I’m somewhat limited due to my soon to be shoulder surgery but I’m going to do what I can of this video . I love this video. I’ve been looking for one for seniors for ages. So many yoga video presenters talk so much before and during the video getting me nowhere. This is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much.

Good to listen to your body, we always want to avoid pain in our practice. You might try lowering to forearms instead of being on your hands.
