5 years later, found Crow Point yoga class , just the class for me being 66 years , retired...loving it🧘‍♀️🇿🇦❤️🙏

I love your complete practice. I am an almost 76 year old woman with arthritic knees and yet I can do this whole practice with very little modification. This is the best practice that I've found. Please make more videos similar to this! Thanks for doing this.

I LOVE your 30 minute and 50 minute yoga practices. Being a 62 year old woman with sciatica and back issues, these are the only videos I have found on line that improve my back instead of aggravating it. I do one of these videos almost every day , I also think that Sharon is a great teacher who explains the moves beautifully as well as having a soothing manner and voice. Please make new videos as I have searched many videos and yours are the best ! Thanks for making these for everyone to use.

Very first position (child) is one many older people can't do as their knees won't bend like that. Doesn't give confidence this teacher understands issues for many old people.

I've been doing yoga for about 5 months now. I found this video yesterday and followed it this morning. After completing it, I felt more relaxed and focused than with any of the others I've tried. Thanks for the video, it's now my daily routine.

Think this is what I've been looking for, a whole class I can follow. Am just doing 30 minutes at present but will make this my go to class and aim to do whole routine daily

Loved this! Great instructor, I have been teaching pilates for 30 yrs and haven't done yoga in 10 yrs? This was excellent as I have had two major injuries due to chiropractors, sacrum and neck. This was great, wasn't pretty but felt good. Thx for recording

Thank you for this practice. It’s just right for me. This is my third day doing it with you. I am becoming aware of how asymmetrical my body is - one side much tighter than the other. I wonder, if I do this every day for a month, will I notice a difference? I guess I’ll have the answer in 28 days!

I’m doing the two videos also and can’t find any of similar videos. Very good because there are actually 60 years old doing it and not the acrobatic younger ones. Would like to follow on zoom. Which time zone is the 9am class?

I can do it but it hurts and I’m like “Why would I want to force my legs in to a bow legged position?” It‘s not for me.
