What’s the speed and recharge time with the 50 hp and do you offer the 110 hp
@argoyachting23 күн бұрын
This Greenline 40 is fitted with twin Yanmar 250hp engines. With this boats specification, one could have 5 days, perhaps more, days at anchor using all hotel systems before needing to recharge. In order to recharge one would only need to run the boat at a little less than 2 hours, provided one is at 1000 revs or more. Please do provide full contact information if you would like full information on this craft

Where's the 3rd cabin?
@argoyachtingАй бұрын
The third cabin is under the starboard side saloon seating. It's essentially a crew cabin but, with a wash basin and WC, it would serve as a third cabin perhaps for a child. More information here... kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpqWYoSMpJJ7jbs

Cheaper than a "Silent " but if it gets you in the water that much sooner then whats the price on that ? Basic yes but I'll take it !

Your video quality is top notch. If you want to blow up your channel and views, hire a pretty young lady to walk through the boats and give a scripted opinion. Coupled with the obvious talent you have with video quality, this channel could be one of the top Yacht reviews. Good luck

Nice yacht , especially for a '98. I think the settee at 7:51 is dreaming of getting into a sailboat. 309+ - hours on the engines, that is quite remarkable.

need more batteries and solar panels, have to cover the hull like a greenhouse so it can be used in fully electric mode indefinitely when anchored off grid or make 100+ better 200nm from full batteries, would love to travel europes navigable rivers up and down and stay near coasts without limitations at minimal costs with maximal autonomy

I like it but the question is,can it cross Atlantic??? Ore is just luxury for local only?
@mwinner1014 ай бұрын
It cannot cross the Atlantic unless it’s being hauled by a ship.

Hi @jacobbesele8713, thanks for your comment and I'm glad you like the Galeon 510. As @mwinner101 said, typically these boats are not equipped for ocean crossings - the main reason being that the fuel tanks are not big enough. There are a number of specialist yacht shipping companies that will load the boat onto the deck of an ocean-capable carrier for transportation pretty much anywhere in the world.

i like galeon but always wonder and they never show in the clips of galeon, were the guardrails and rope are stored ? is there a compartment dedicated near the balcony to get them ?
@argoyachting4 ай бұрын
Thanks @stefanformgren4978. Whilst there is not a dedicated storage locker for the guardrails and ropes, there are plenty of options in and around the cockpit, in the transom locker and under the aft seating

Interesting, never knew they made these with outboards. This boat is probably long sold, but out of interest, how much would the annual service cost (at 50 engine hours per season) for these Yamaha 200s in Mallorca?

Boot vaart auto rijdt maar je uitleg is precies wat de bedoeling is van deze boot 🚤 moeten veelvuldig overstappen op dit systeem lees het veel op catamaran. Dit is de eerste die ik lees met traditionele romp.👍💯

Off all the Greenline 40 presentations I saw so far (and I saw a lot of them), you, sir, conveyed perfectly what I believe is the essence of this hybrid system - it's not about pushing this boat on electric power for extended period of time but rather the convinience of having huge baterry bank beeing topped up while driving (and by solar pannels at rest) and then use its capacity while being ancored to run all the appliances that would otherwise require seperate generator (and produce noise). One word - Tranquility. Well done, sir!
