I went back to studying chess this past month because of these hype train tcg/ccg videos It’s all about the next best game The next best product The next best rares The next best meta decks And it just stream Rolls for months PER GAME. My chess set for tournaments was $18 and the game is way deeper than a TCG that’ll be dead in three years

I’m glad I went back to chess tournaments. The TCG money grab is on high gear these days Too many games Too many next best thing Too many the next best TCG ever made Too many gotta get this and that deck to be successful Etc and the list goes on It’s honestly quite toxic imo, and I’m sure it hurts younger kids save their money for the future as well.

I plan on getting into this game. The hardest part for me is finding where to buy singles.

I cannot wait for this game to come to Canada, I would love to get in on one of these events to play the game and start collecting this TCG I’ve been a huge Gundam fan for 30 years. You are very lucky to attend such a prestigious event.

the more i watch the more i am convinced this guy just gets kickbacks to advertise for a slew of games like this one and shadowverse etc

the Grand Archive product looks really neat, but them starting as an NFT project permanently turned me off from the game

I am happy that the re:collections are reprinted because normally I buy 3 times each precon 1 seal, 1 for the full set and 1 for playing, I will be able to reduce to 2 and just wait to buy 3 copies of the lite version

Super excited for the new re:collection boxes in march. Gonna try and order one of each ahead of time so i don't gotta pay double the price like i did with silvie, and soon tristan 😖

As a brand new GA player I'm really sad there's no way to get the two Re:Collection decks from earlier in the year in the UK. Having the deck reprinted I would have loved the whole package..

Besides Ultraman, I just love everything Battle Spirits Saga has put out. I wish there were more events but damn, Evangelion collab was cool. The anniversary set was cool, and set 6 has been real cool with Sushi. The no set 7 news is kind of daunting right now, but god, I feels good to play battle spirits in English. Like its weird Im more worried for Bandai and their baby. Meanwhile Wixoss announced Blue Archive set 2 and I am like "see you in a year", cause Takara is just all in on their baby and id be dumb to question if we get an en release or not.

Good list, but maybe cause of wonky distribution but Ultraman card game is like such an insanely high quality launch. 9 foils in a starter deck, the design of the starter deck to booster upgrade is very intuitive cause how simple the card layout is. We need more coverage of this game in en imo. Its easily my number 1 after just the slew of Bandai card games and Bushiroad weirdness.

Just left MTG to pick up FaB and Shadowverse. WAs thinkging about Grand Archive, but the lgs near me runs Shadowverse so picked them up. Got 2 boxes of Omen and a box of the Verdant, my 2 boxes of Omen had an Albert and a Marwynn U, and my box of Verdant had 2 Viridia evovled (1 SL) So i definetly feel better box luck here in Shadowverse. I may stay a while xD

Looked through the rules and such looks like a fun game. Good art too. If they put out a dedicated set to the 00 series, I’ll buy like 5 boxes. Or a packaged deck would be great too. 00 series is my favorite.

It's worth noting that there hasn't been much of an opportunity to get the English version yet. The world premiere event for content creators and Bandai Card Fest Utrecht (Europe) have been the only places to get these in English so far. Starting in January, we'll have BCF Orlando with a demo event, LGS' that signed up will be hosting demo events, and then Premium Bandai will be shipping these in Jan/Feb. It's very limited to get English kits for now, but should see more in the next few weeks.

Man new games are hard to follow at first 😅. Wish I had more people in person to play games like this.

I’d love to be able to get a hold of some of this game but my LGS hasn’t picked it up yet, they’re mostly carry the big three and Weiss Schwarz(of which I collect and play) Shadowverse evolve and one piece tcg and I’m thinking they won’t carry grand archive because they probably feel the market to be a bit saturated at the moment, the moment I saw this tcg I’ve been wanting a game that isn’t MTG because I’ve played MTG since it’s inception back in 1993 and have been playing many other ccg’s and tcg’s for more than 33 years, this game looks awesome 👍

Beta Kit battles would be nice... or some deck building ideas or easy combos to keep in mind for the launch events that start February :)
