Yeah, so this is another season I am not going to be playing, a shame, I enjoyed season 4. Honestly I cannot wait for POE2 to come out. And every stupid season I play I spend money on cosmetics for Blizzard to keep doing this. Instead of adding build options, they take it upon themselves to destroy working ones. Honestly f them, plenty more games out there to have fun with.

Barb key passive nerfs seem harsh but they are basically bringing them to same level as other classes key passives. Most key passives are 35-50% damage increase, whereas barbs were like 100-5000% increase which is silly

these sorc buffs are meaningless for balance give me 6 extra gems, 2 extra aspects, 4 extra tempers, and double effects on em more vuln, more cd, more ccd damage for me plz oh ya, and one last thing Santa, some gdam single target dps and uncap my paragon board these are meaningless buffs for why the sorc sucks atm

Those percentage to base will not help druid sorc or necro ..especially with the differences from the aspect bonuses.. a two hander is 100% bonus ,and you dont get that with the 15 .16% stat raise ..Don't add up ..but blizz cant add ..so there ye have it . plus what's the percent alone to 3 more weapons for base stats ..so add teh aspects it doesn't scale right .tempering wont be any differnet everything will still be bricked WTF . Umm if you lose 30 percent you would still be 70 % you added that wrong ..you working for blizz to long ?

I think instead of removing the protection tempers, they should have considered just reducing gutteral and martial by 1% or capped to 1 rank on temper so the 100% isn't obtainable instead. It is also weird to nerf imposing while also removing the temper, which ruins thorns viability. There is also just a lot of double dipping into nerfs across the board with barb. For example, we get caps to paragon nodes, but then they nerf key passives almost as if not considering what impact the paragon node change alone will have on the numbers. The idea of dipping into nerfing several things at once are going to result in damage feeling bad if you aren't using optimal gear with a more meta build. I will also add that they consistently nerf damage when as far as I know, even with current numbers no one is doing tier 200 pits.

Yes it does. I'm a barb main, in fact it's all I play, and I would be happy to see them just remove one of the two handers. The only real reason to keep it is to use walking arsenal which is dogshit anyways. and it looks bad carrying a useless hammer around on your back to boot.

Honestly half these barb nerfs were not needed, that really needed to be done was to make shard, new crit ammy, and crown significantly weaker, as they were really the out of tune items. Bleed and flay did not need a 1/34 damage change

Devs just don't know what they want/are lazy. They need to stop going back and fourth between not wanting to have D3 like damage and community actually having fun... they give D3ish damage only to nerf to the ground. S2/S4 comes(didnt play S3) and we get damage back. Creates pits up to lvl 200 and call it *endgame* with bosses having quintillion health never to be killed only to nerf barbs again. Tbh there was much needed balancing but why make content thats not possible to beat. I guess we'll see S5 uniques. From ptr they were OP and promising

Thorns barb is dead for pit pushing. Like absolutely dead. You can't let the boss hit you, or you die and you need it to hit you. All the nerds because they added these stupid fucking uniques to d damage but it nerfs thorns barb the most. Because they can't use crow if Lucian or shard or amulet that adds crit because it does nothing for thorns

May ratio is 1:6 Vul/Crit ratio ww barb and pushing pit 139 with gf 5k+crit damage

give sorcs 3rd temper option to compensate for barbs 6 weapons
