it's like Festools are handed out to youtubers like candy yet they tape a mirror to the frame, and it's not even lined up. Shit job

Was this HDPE sheet? A quick Google for 20mm HDPE sheet 1mx1m in the UK was £578?? Found cheaper but would still work out about 35 per drawer?

I am so thrilled your you have this tool to offer to allow perspective customers to play around and see what configuration(s) might make the most sense for their to meet their individual needs. I’m really interested in your system and would like to see if it could be customized to even utilize in an older van like my 2011 Ford E 250. I have a collection of Packout organizers, but they’ve never been well suited to the metal shelving that came in the van. In its place, I have opted to utilize a set of Craftsman VersaStack boxes, which, while admittedly not as robust as the Milwaukee, do offer a slightly more forgiving footprint when trying to fit them in an existing confined space. Thanks for developing both the shelving system and the software file(s) and sharing so that we can see what might work best to help people like me get better organized so we can get on with the work!

Hi Andy. im a bit confused (im designing my own space for a custom trailer) ... are your pull out trays the ones with the shark loc system? or are the pull out trays like the ones in your "Tradesman Package - 7 plates with drawer slides"? And the ones with the shark loc system (if i think im correct) in that case then they would be the Locking Adjustable Shelfs? please advice, thanks in advance

Great light box,one thing that should be avoided and this is from experience, don't use reflective shiny silver tape or sheets of foil etc, that will create direct reflective hot spots, Use titanium white matt paint,or mylar black and white sheet, one side is black the other is white it can be bought in garden centers that sell Hp sodium indoor grow lights for hydroponics, thought the paint is easier to apply and does not run the risk of tearing or melting. The paint is over 90% reflective won't create hot spots from direct reflection,it allows light to spread in a more even fashion, for artwork. I make printed circuit boards and need to align text layers after etching, the boards are fibreglass and are translucent allowing the copper to be seen to align text, component layout, hot and cold spots of light make this difficult ,even light spread must be achieved for accurate alignment of registration markers or pad placement alignment,so i have had issues and the best way to go is matt white ,the best is titanium matt white,no hot spots.

Not optimal use of Kreg jig - take a look at any product video. The gray tab should be exposed and helps to adjust height. After mounting rail, you can rotate and clamp outside - as a support for drawer - and you don't need to measure where rest of mounting should be...
