How does this compare to jd xa. Is jd xa overkill?

You missed a perfect opportunity to RickRoll as a test that it’s actually on. No wait, that was probably a good thing that you didn’t.

Amazing! Glad they've been helpful. I try to teach things as if the person is right there in the room with me because that's exactly how my friend taught me how to use the JDXi before I bought one.

@@ghoststalkermusic That is a smart way to teach. I would LOVE to be able to have someone with me teaching me. I just dont know anyone. So, at least this exists! :😁

Hi, thank you for that video. Did you ever try to control the JD Xi with a midi footswitch or something like that? I tried the morningstar mc6 pro last week, but the JD Xi did not work properly. Sometimes it started, sometime not.... That's not helpful when you try playing guitar simultaneously... ;-)

What do I need to plug this into? How do I get noise to come out?
@ghoststalkermusic8 ай бұрын
There are no built in speakers so you will use a 1/4" cable into an amp.
@J.F.Sebastian698 ай бұрын
@@ghoststalkermusic thanks! So I guess how do you record that sound into GarageBand/Ableton? I want to record the jdxi sound but the DAW makes me choose a preset instrument.
@ghoststalkermusic8 ай бұрын
@@J.F.Sebastian69 when you plug it in via USB cable some DAWs get it confused as a midi controller. So you might need to select 'add new audio track' and see if you can add it through that way. If all else fails you'll want to plug it in via 1/4" into an audio interface.

@ghoststalkermusic9 ай бұрын
Not from it. Jdxi is acting as a midi controller to trigger certain changes.
