Should put back the Elos hollow truck that came with the board for the front and give it a try. It is even lighter compared to the Paris trucks and works pretty well. Can loosen the kingpin.

Yikes washing it like that is crazy bro especially up side down. Water can be a gas a solid and a liquid so it will get into everything. But yes a fender is needed to keep yourself clean and your grip tape mud free but it prevents rocks from getting in your shoes which is annoying. Be safe your confidence will soar then eventually you will do keep in your mind especially with the pint you’re going to nose dive snd you will crash on your shoulder or run so fast your feet hurt but keep that in mind. Get fangs it will give you that fraction of a second you need

You should absolutely not use a hose on your onewheel. They are not waterproof and water can destroy the board completely and rust the bearings.
