I have a question and please answer it in the hybrid solar inverters, Voltronic and Sako inverters, when the inverter starts charging the batteries so that the bidirectional converter transfers energy to charge, we notice in the electronic circuit the presence of igbt and diode and a coil that form a step-down converter circuit, and this helps determine the direction of current flow from the secondary coil to the primary or vice versa. My question is how will this igbt work synchronize with the bridge that cuts the current from the secondary coil to be transmitted by induction to the primary coil, noting that the oscillator used in the step-down converter circuit is a controller and the bidirectional converter uses the IC sg3525 as an oscillator

I used dioelectric liquid or gelatin to keep the bad sparks from jumping into other components of high voltages in the jump to contacts with a single step in the liquid to cooling circuts and the voltage of jumping charges small and intensely intrested ❤the environment of many clustering principles of electro induction gapping is important

Hi. Congrats with great results. I’m interesting in building a 2x2 matrix transformer, or a multicore composite one like yours. I’m not sure how to get such or a similar transformer core. What would you advice pls? Which service to use? Thank you.

What exactly is the core material used ?

It probably must be an LLC converter with an air gap in a magnetic core - sinusoidal current allows decreases conductive losses in wire (and increase current density and reduce weight and size); decreases losses in a core because a frequency is quite high for regular power ferrites , like N87.

Yeah. But the coreloss modelling mentioned at 5:50 is... well let's just say not that accurate. I'm also curious what kind of material he used. I once designed a planar transformer for the same switching frequency (but only 1.5kW) and the research for a material with appropriate losses for this frequency was a pain in the ass.
