just because you can eat it doesn't mean you should

Thought this was super helpful. It's in so many protein powders and I'm not certain if me building muscle and utilizing this for strength, fitness and longevity outweighs the soy lecithin in each bag of powder. It hasn't really affected me but as many videos and articles mention it may not appear short term. Thanks for the insight

Only a beginning. Somehow my very strong reaction to Cellulose Gum was activated by the COVID shots. It took two years of scrutiny, records and research to identify the culprit. Typically it begins with bloating, gets worse to the point where the pressure goes to the heart causing first skipping and then a-fib. In the worst stage I have to sleep sitting up for almost a week because lying down increases the pressure, the whole cycle lasting a month. My last bout was with a package of Rana ravioli - we've eaten it for years because it WAS imported from Italy - suddenly it is packaged in Illinois with Cellulose and a list of other garbage ingredients - didn't find out until too late.

Any ingredient that isn’t natural occurring, is bad for your health. People living in blue zones do not eat processed food ingredients. It should be banned.

Carrageenan causes colon cancer which is on the rise and doctors are baffled as to why- could it be CARRAGEENAN? I stay away from it - it will cost BIG TIME if you get cancer!

@dawncurtis94462 ай бұрын
it is sawdust for sure
@whollyshift7782Ай бұрын
From what I understand it’s technically party of a tree ground down into like a flour… which you could call sawdust but seems more processed to make it “safe” to eat. I want to know how it compares to like certain flours. But ultimately most sources say limit it since it’s highly processed. So tree is a plant BUT it’s a plant we don’t usually eat so… 🤷🏾♀️

If it has a high melting point then how is it applied on products like candies and apples without burning their outer layer. They probably use it with some other products concoction and that makes it harmful, is my guess

Should you eat this? No, although multiple scientific studies have found no harmful reaction to this common everyday ingredient, me and some other people on the internet don't like the vibe we get from it. 😂
