Entiendo lo que dices porque crecí con sequía. Pero la cantidad de agua que se puede consumir depende del país donde vives y su clima. Noruega es un país con muchísima abundancia de agua dulce. Tanta, que podría dar 150 litros diarios a todos los habitantes del mundo. El problema aquí es al revés. Tenemos demasiada cantidad. Pero gracias por mencionarlo porque es muy importante no desperdiciarla si el país donde viajas no tiene suficiente.

Thank you! Sorry to hear what you are going through. It’s actually when things are hard that mindfulness has helped me the most. Concentrating in the small moments that you are grateful for in the middle of unhappiness gives you a very needed break. It’s not good to let your mind wander and bring you down thinking about all the bad things, as the mind always tends to do. Just enjoy the little moments that you can control and know that this will pass 🤗. I sometimes have 2, but that is normally the max. I wish you strength in this difficult times and speedy recovery ❤️

I am familiar with the olive oil one because that’s how we make it in Spain too. But for pasta I use to always make it with fried onions and garlic and herbs. This recipe is just so simple and delicious with only the butter. Thank you for letting me know ❤️

I love mugs and tea cups too. I always need the perfect one for what I drink. And always have a favorite that I love the most at a time 😁. This ones are from Modern House but they got discontinued. After breaking a couple my husband found some second hand and surprised me with them 😍

Because we only see the shell of someone else life. But in reality we all have things that we carry with us and make us unhappy. The important thing is to be grateful and appreciate what we have. Easier said than done 😅 My in-laws cabin is wonderful. A little piece of paradise 😍
