Si 😂. Cambio los muebles y cosas todo el tiempo dependiendo de la estación de año. En otoño empezamos a encender la chimenea y desde aquí se disfruta mejor. Gracias ❤️

Hi Ana! A very nice vlog,as usual.I like very much the way you are thinking. But when your problems become too many and too heavy,mindfulness can t help you very much,I think. Like in my case this period,ny husband in hospital and me with a broken arm. But,anywhay,your words helped me. I like your breakfast,do you always eat only one egg? Have a nice day!🤗

Thank you! Sorry to hear what you are going through. It’s actually when things are hard that mindfulness has helped me the most. Concentrating in the small moments that you are grateful for in the middle of unhappiness gives you a very needed break. It’s not good to let your mind wander and bring you down thinking about all the bad things, as the mind always tends to do. Just enjoy the little moments that you can control and know that this will pass 🤗. I sometimes have 2, but that is normally the max. I wish you strength in this difficult times and speedy recovery ❤️

Ay Ana! Todo bien, pero dejas correr una cantidad impresionante de agua en todas las tomas que tienen que ver con ésta. Por favor sé más cuidadosa. No la desperdicies!

Entiendo lo que dices porque crecí con sequía. Pero la cantidad de agua que se puede consumir depende del país donde vives y su clima. Noruega es un país con muchísima abundancia de agua dulce. Tanta, que podría dar 150 litros diarios a todos los habitantes del mundo. El problema aquí es al revés. Tenemos demasiada cantidad. Pero gracias por mencionarlo porque es muy importante no desperdiciarla si el país donde viajas no tiene suficiente.
