My resting heart rate sits around 40. I'm no endurance athlete as such but I am a farrier and it is very much endurance crossed with strength and stamina. Been doing for 10 years. It seems to freak the doctors out how low it is at est.

From being a athlete since a child to now im 30 my average is like 55 but can go to like 47 but then i looked it up and its said that your just physically fit i try to run everyday as in jogging to keep it low and not eat crazy food so this just made it that much better for me

Right but that Vitamin K....are two different vitamins. K1 and K2. K1 does the first thing, coagulate, and K2 does the second, "removes calcification" or takes free calcium to the bone instead of tissues. Problem is vitamin k1 is in leafy greens and k2 in fermented foods, so thats why K2 is lower in our diets as we tend to not eat as much fermented foods as we should.

I worked with Justin Harris to do an elimination diet and figure out a few select foods that my body digests extremely well so I could eat as much as possible. Ended up being well worth it, because when you're truly ABSORBING what you eat, your appetite goes up, you can eat more often, and everything feels like it turns into muscle.

If you are deficient on certain micronutrients take supplements for the nutrients you’re specifically deficient on. Multivitamins are mostly useless, they won’t harm you, however you’re likely wasting money !

Not even a stool analysis in the US they don't know what test to do. Do a parasite cleanse like pin worm med and then Look at your BM every time. The next 2 -7 days. You have to get an adult specimen for many variations some worms have enzymes to go undetected. Some hide in tissue like nervous tissue and brain tissue . Some hide in cysts

The easiest way is noticing if it feels heavy or not when you pick it up . Calcium carbonate is what does this and it is a form of cemente. I’m serious . So look at the ingredient list underneath the vitamins list and avoid that ingredient . Then look for vit b12 to be methylcobalabin NOT cyanacobolabin . It’s a form of synthetic cyanide. You read that right lol. And then look for vitamins that don’t give you 1000% daily values because when they’re extracted from Whole Foods they’re closer to 100-200% .
