Great video. I look forward to reviewing more of them. What are your thoughts on the appropriate numbers of passers in serve receive? 15U boys age category. Communication isn’t great yet between them but passing ability isn’t there yet either. More passers = better chance to get to the ball however more passers that don’t communicate well = more opportunity for miscommunication/indecisiveness. Thanks.

Hi there, I saw your exercise to practice moving on the court, you have already splitt stance which alowe you to react in all direction fast, why you making one more jump to paralel stance before you move, that extra jump is unnecessary.

It’s better than squaring your back to the right side. People square the shoulders to the outside and adjust for the right side

What an amazing human being. I hope my son improves his VB skills but more importantly I hope he works everyday to grow into a better version of himself. Thank you Dustin for sharing who you are as a human being and not just as a pro athlete.

Ogawa is very underrated. But I like him more than the other Japanese libero. His diving digs and saves are the best.
