I have good result managinh Fibroids that is causing heavy period for 2 week. I use Bromelain Extract Powder, 4x a day. Bromelain is from Pineapple. You can try it and let me know if yyour period stops on Day 2. Keep drinking for 1 month daily 4x and retest

Interesting info. I wasn't aware of how intermittent fasting could help shrink fibroids. One thing that I look for when seeking out info online is specific results right off the bat from the individual giving the advice. Knowing from the start of the video the extent to which the fibroids have shrunk and/or the extent of positive changes felt in the body (e.g. less heaviness during period, no more headaches, decreased PMS) would really encourage people like me to stay tuned and feel more confident following the advice.
