I was diagnosed with fibroids and faced limited options besides medication too. Instead of accepting the standard treatment, I took control of my journey. I changed my diet eating fruits and vegetables only I included turmeric based teas that were decaf and good for female hormones, I focused on my spiritual and emotional energy for 90 days. When I returned for a hormone test the fibroid was gone, and my hormone levels were excellent! Healthy foods definitely influence your health!

It's good to detox . If you could try going a month or two without any processed foods. No cookies, no bread, no cake. Use honey as sweetener. I have heard African women say guava leaf tea cleans your womb. For detox you can also drink aloe Vera for 2 weeks first thing every morning. Noni juice is also good for detox.

I too have fibroids and currently healing from PCOS (insulin resistance). I use Myo-Inositol to help with insulin after I eat meals. it helps with ovulation and bringing back cycles. Look into It and talk to your doctor. When you find the root of your PCOS (Insulin resistance, birth control usage, inflammation, hidden PCOS). you can begin to heal!!!
