Hello everyone Here's the recipe if you would like to try this stir fried kale. Two servings: Ingredients 2 Cup diced kale 2 Tbsp oil 1/4 Cup diced onion 2 Cloves diced garlic 1 Tbsp complete seasoning 1/2 Cup light cooking cream {15%} Method: Heat the oil over a medium heat Add the diced onion and garlic.stir Allow the aromatics to Caramelized slightly. Then add the diced kale, complete seasoning and the light cream. seasoned to taste. Cook for 10 minutes over a low heat until the kale softens but still have a little crisp texture to it Serve and enjoy! This meal is simply delicious!❤❤

@@countryfreshrecipesandmore When I was growing up, we planted Kale along with Mustard Greens and Turnip Greens. We always simmer them with Fat Back---which is a slice of pork belly! I love them!

We grew up consuming less meat, because at that time we couldn't afford to buy meat. I came from a humbled simple background. But my husband loves pork he cook it often. @@countryfreshrecipesandmore I also grew up consuming very little meat bc we could not afford it either. Fat Back was often fried and eaten with a biscuit and molasses. Fat Back is very inexpensive and is just a layer of fat and skin... We also grew all the vegetables we ate, so I am fortunate to have also come from a simple and humbled upbringing...I think it makes us more appreciative of all of our blessings! There is always something to be thankful for is my motto. I feel blessed to have you as one of my friends!
