Lemon Rosemary Grilled chicken

RECIPE:
Prep Time 30 Minutes
Cook Time 1 Hr
Lemon and Rosemary Grill Chicken
Ingredients:
1 Whole chicken cut into half
1 Lemon
Buttermilk marinade
⅓ Cup milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp chicken seasoning
1 Tbsp freshly diced rosemary leaves
Instruction:
Make the buttermilk marinade
Add the lemon juice to the milk
When it curdles add the rest of the ingredients
Mix to combine (set aside)
Clean and wash the chicken with half lemon juice or with vinegar or lime
Seasoned the chicken with the buttermilk marinade
Rub the marinade all over the chicken and under the skin
Place a rosemary spring under the skin
Cover with a cover or cling wrap
Allow it to marinate for 4 to 6 hours
Cooking instructions:
When ready to cook
Heat the grill on a low heat
Place the chicken on it skin side up
Cover and let it cook turning in between cooking time until finished
Serve warm and
