You are injecting 5CCs into your knee? That has gotta be painful?? I've injected a couple CCs into my deltoid and the PIP was bad. A lot of volume in a small area.

@zzsql It will be a process, and the shoulder will never regain complete stability unless I have surgery but I will see how far I can get with some physical therapy. At least I can still ride for now

It really is! But it’s probably hilarious to watch the GoPro footage because you can’t really tell how gnarly it is. People are probably going, “why is this guy going so slow” 😆

I purchased these from Amazon. The shorts fit okay, but the liner and the padding were not form fitting. They were saggy and were not comfortable. I sent them back for a refund.

That's why I'm here. A MD would never tell you on the record to inject BPC157. It isn't FDA approved. We just need to find out how to locally inject it and go for it. I have been injecting it local in the surrounding area but not as deep and perfect as he does.

I heard a Dr noting that BPC157 injections do not need to be in the region of the injury, rather the blood will absorb it and carry it where needed. I was having a hell of a time injection my knee, so just moved to belly and all seems to be going well.

I have burners knee in my right leg from riding long periods of time in a day. I felt i was putting pressure on my knee from peddling hard on it. Days go by it hasnt got better would this be something id be looking into getting?

I’ve never heard of burners knee, but if it’s pain on the outside of your knee after a long day of riding you might consider IT band syndrome. Go to your local bike shop and see if they can have someone correctly fit you on your bike. There are small adjustments that can be made that make a big difference. You would have to go to your doctor to see if you may benefit from an injection.

What kind of protection is on the shin-part? Is that also removeable?

It’s a material that is somewhat flexible but hardens on impact. Not removable.

Also, MTB flat shoes look terrible to me. Ride in Vans so the pedal pins fit into the tread pattern and lock in really good. Not sure whats going on with those goofy 510 shoes but I'd never ride a near bald sole, Vans all the way BMX specific cup is better too. I mean to each their own, but when she showed her bald "flats" shoes I was like, "She's gunna get alot of shinners from slipping pedals."
