All of the doodles and sketches look so fun :) Any recommendations for artists who are currently improving and trying to find their art style?

Hearing your illness journey and how you were spending time just mixing colours really made me feel seen, I developed M.E/CFS in 2019 and struggle to paint finished pieces faster than I used to. It's comforting to see an artist like yourself talking about the realities of illness and recalibrating your art practice, its therapeutic to just mix paint in a sketchbook and know that it's keeping the passion alive

I’ve been to that basilica! 3:45 The colored glass makes the whole building sing with colorful sunlight that really can’t by captured fully by camera, it’s definitely a sight to see in person

I enjoy your videos and your humor. I was in Utah for a month, but that was years ago. I see the hard work you put into your art and the freedom of making a living off of it. It is easier for me to use pastels and charcoal, but I would like to paint as well. I would like to see a video of a color study. You mentioned it in one of your videos. Keep creating!

The collage art and animation for some reason traumatized me as a kid and I’m still working on seeing it as cool bc as a child I saw it as fraud bc “drawings should be drawn not cut”😂 so every time I see a piece I have to intentionally switch to the “adult gaze” and be like oh that’s rly creative. Still would never show that to a baby just in case 😂

I followed you on insta for the longest time and now found you here! Love these art vlog videos and find you sharing the process extremely inspiring as an artist myself who wants to make a similar job for myself. x p.s I'm chronically ill too, sickies unite!

12:45 tryna be more like this guy😌I mean, aren't we all? Literally giggling at that secret Mormon instant coffee canister dump site, wth? hahaha! Looks like you guys had such a cute fun visit. I've got tons of online art friends, I can't wait to one day meet a few of these precious souls in person and doodle, chit chat, and try each other's art supplies ;) Off topic, Salt Lake is definitely having a big reggae moment✌

New-ish to your channel… really love your content. Thank you for all you share! I’m curious about your morning pages practice (love that you’ve chosen a writing time limit that works for you, btw!). Do you do your pages flip on waking? Upon entering the studio? Some other random time? Curious because I often talk myself out of it if it’s not first thing…I really do let perfectionism get the better of me sometimes 😂

You are so incredibly resilient, you have lived through hell multiple times and came out stronger. What a huge journey you've been through. Taylor seems like an absolutely wonderful partner, I wish you both the very best together. I'm really happy that I found your channel last night I've been watching some videos and followed you on instagram. I love your art, it's so charming and makes me smile. Sometimes we go through the toughest things and it makes us find our calling. I too am on disability so I'm trying to make the most of life to try and become a full time artist. Also, I was also told as a teen to go in to graphics design because art wasnt a proper job haha. I HATED graphic design. Thank you for sharing your story 💚

So, so sorry you were so sick for so long--hope you make a full recovery ASAP--sending you support and wishes for good health-better days are coming!

Thanks for sharing your adventures, you both made some beautiful art 😍 So cool you got to meet IRL. I don’t do much (any) observational drawing, I definitely need to give it a go, loved Max’s grey washes especially! Thanks for the inspiration.
