May I recommend a magnet board that you can angle on your desk to reduce pain while working? Sort of like using an easel for paintings, having a metal panel/stand that you can prop or set up might help reduce the hunching and overuse of forearm and wrist muscles while holding and angling the pieces. It could even just be the metal ruler if you angle or rig it right 😆

On the feeling hunched thing, try using a firm yoga roller. You have to be careful around your lower back, so check some resources on using them safely if you try one.

I'm glad you got a little chance to take a trip with your partner. That's one of my biggest regrets is not traveling more before I started having kids and now being a caregiver I can't really go anywhere, yet. I hope some day to get to a place where we can travel somewhere as a family that wouldn't be too stressful but I think it'll take a lot of planning and money I don't have right now lol. it was fun watching the video and glad Norah made an appearance! I really struggle at times with too many ideas, too many things I think I should be doing and they all seem important whilst I’m thinking about them and if I’m not careful my brain can sort of spiral into a meltdown which means I’m way less productive in the end!! Some people seem to be able to focus on one thing and block everything else out. Just wondering if you get overwhelmed with all the possibilities and chores around your business and if so have you found any tips to cope? Also posting this to help your algorithm 😉

I definitely relate to that, and thanks for the long comment for the algorithm haha. I am not someone who can focus on only one thing at a time, and if i focus too hard on being "productive" I start to feel burnt out. Whenever I'm in a season of feeling like i have "too many" ideas, i'll do a brain dump or some stream of consciousness journaling to get everything out of my head and onto a page!
