Agree Mike that is phase 2A "The Sails" which is predicted to be completed end 2024, phase 1A "The Mariner" and 1B "The Admiral" was completed end 2023, there might have been some roofing that came off on 2A but it was mostly not yet completed

So good to see Cape Town councils managing the flooding and deluge so well. The sand bags certainly help direct the flow. I reckon we're the only province where these services work for the people.

Due to the flooding I was stranded at a Bordello up in Boys Drive. But I got tea & biscuits afterwards 😂
