Way to go Clem! Wonderful video as always Mike!! I am amazed how you capture these monumentous moments in these beautiful baby owls lives! I saw all three babies today. All of them were over in the fir trees looking very healthy and at home!🦉

Great video Mike! I went by today and two owlets were on a branch across the trail sitting together. I think it was Clem and Petunia, not sure. They were sitting very close to each other and Clem was preening Petunia. Just too cute! 🦉❤

I don't know how many noises the hawks make, but I read that in addition to about half a dozen hoots, Great Horned Owls also have around the full dozen of other vocalizations - like clicks and whistles. So could have been anything! (But it could also be one of a number of eBikes that cruise by on the trail that passes through 😅)

What? Learned something knew. I wonder what they use them for. I know alligators have a second eyelids for swimming.
@angelamendoza5905 ай бұрын
They have three eyelids, one is for simply blinking, one is for sleeping and one is for cleaning debris off and closing when catching prey... Pretty darned kool😁👍
