Hi Tony, good news is for the most part, I'm hearing that people are having little to no issues with the DPF and regens. I was talking to a farmer friend just this morning and he has a combination of tractors, combines and many other diesel engine equipment that all has DPF. A few pieces of his equipment have better than 4000 hours and are still on the original DPF filter. He did bring those into the dealership I think around 2000 hours and have the filters cleaned. He said it was around $400 per tractor. That did make me feel better knowing that hopefully these filters will last a long time. Thank you for watching the video and commenting.

I've had same/similar experience with my CK3510. Every 25-25 hours. I use my tractor for mowing mostly. So, It's at around 2,500 RPM most of the time. You have me thinking now though. I've pushed that regen button a couple of times. Initially though it was required. (No owners manual available while out in the woods or fields) I'm wondering where I left the button - On or OFF. I'll find out today. I use additives also. Reminds me of all the money spent on STP we used to add to the oil in the 60s and 70s. To this day I don't know if it did anything or not. I've read and watch a bunch of reviews about oil and fuel additive and the words Snake Oil come to mind. Can't believe all the salesmen out there! Also I wonder if some day down the line after warranties have expired if a bypass of the DPF will be developed. Especially if replacements and cleaning do cost $400 to a couple thousand dollars. I'm curious what harm would be done by eliminating it. Never needed one prior to the EPA and other Faucci types from the government telling us what's best for us and the green folks. 🤠🤠🥴

DPF filters can be cleaned. It’s not that hard to make a cleaning system. Haven’t checked Utube for how to make but it’s basically just a pump / piping and a cleaning solution. I looked at a lot of canopies before I sold my CK3510SE open station to get my CK2620 cab model. I was afraid I would damage an aluminum or fiberglass one. So, I went with the molded plastic in orange color. The nicest one was about $800, I got mine from my dealer after I bought the tractor for about $400 and installed it myself. I also trimmed up all of the trees on my property so it would clear a canopy or cab tractor.

Learned that I've missed the zerk for the three-point lift by the right-side rear wheel. As far as the top link, the manual one that comes with the tractor has two zerks on it. I'll have to add lubricating the linkage pivot points as well. After straightening out the level indicator rod after bending it, I applied some anti -seize to help it slide in the guide easier. One issue that I had was the range selector lever came undone when the nut vibrated loose that connects the selector lever from the linkage. It was a simple fix. Just something that might happen. I noticed some sloppiness in it and should have investigated it before the nut eventually vibrated off. Thanks for posting these videos!

I really appreciate the feedback and additional tips. Hope you have a great Memorial holiday. Take care.

😊 Jeff! Not lazy! Sometimes it’s just better for the environment you are working in! I was actually just thinking about doing that myself! Nice job buddy!🚜👍💪

Thanks Mike. I would definitely recommend 8" or so drop. The 5" I have is ok, but just doesn't have enough opening to fully get your foot on the step. I may cut mine and weld in some extensions. Thanks for checking it out. Hope you have a good week!

Great video. I've been looking and designing in my mind a right side step. Now if I can just figure out how to keep my CK3510se as clean as you do. I know you work your tractor. But, you never show the after work cleanup! 😁😀🤠 Thanks for the good info. How wide is the step you installed?

The step is 8.5 inches wide. I do give her a good washing every so often. Thanks for checking it out and commenting.

I have a 35 HP tractor so I bought the seven foot rake.

I’m sure it will handle it with no problem. I already had my 6 ft rake before I got this tractor. Thanks for checking out the video and commenting.

😊 Oh man! Jeff are you looking for a fight? I think there is a rule about wallpapering together. I think that would apply to tractoring together! She did a good job! Well done! Cheers!

You have a good point. Now I’m just worried that I will have to get permission to use the tractor. She’s already asked when are we doing another brush cleanup job. Have a great weekend. 🚜

Looking at buying a 140. I've wanted a cultivating tractor for a couple years. Dont need it but I want it. Just found your channel and am a new subscriber from the foothills of Western NC.

Awesome. My uncle used to have a 140 and I loved it. Hard to beat those old Farmall’s. I’m sure you’ll find plenty of uses for it once you get it. Thanks for checking out the video and subscribing. Love that part of NC, go up that way every fall.
