Man, I've been searching for this to upgrade from a data analyst to a data engineer only to find most people in this field uploading theoretical content. There were only few who gave hands-on practical guide on Apache and hadoop while all of them held a drawback of being way too complicated for a beginner. I'm so glad to find you.
