What a great guy. He is so real and has come so far with his understanding of life.

Hasn't he? I've been watching and following him from the very beginning and I'd like to think I've "grown up" as well. He's always been so fantastic and becomes more so with time.

I did not know Pete Wicks before this podcast. But this was absolutely an amazing episode. My grandmother was my soulmate and I've been saying that since I was a teen. Coincidentally, we were born on the same day and at the same time, only 50 years apart. But she was me and I was her and we understood each other. I got chills for 56:51 minutes straight. Loved it. Thanks, Pete, you're a great person, it's obvious.

As much as I respect all he is saying , he is definitely a difficult Diva in public. Whenever he is photographed in the street he looks angry and like he doesn't want to be approached and definitely moody. So I am not sure he is a nice person to approach, unless youre a fan perhaps and then you might get a photo or autograph.

Meet the real George BEHIND THE SPOT LIGHT! This video should be called. MAN GEORGE !!! Ask him if he forgave me, for 🤬 against the bible and Jesus and God. Back in 2016. He's so DIFFERENT in front of the spotlight!

Why does he keep talking about Astrology? It doesn't have any true meaning! I'm a Gemini but, I don't " feel it" Suns sign have no literal meaning in life! God is the creator and incharge of everything! If you want to have a loving relationship, you need to begin with God, since he's the creator of love. Sun signs have nothing to do with a character of a human.

you are completely incorrect my dear. Your ruling planet affects you in more ways then you will understand as it seems you’ve completely dismissed this ancient esoteric science from your life. At least you believe in God. 🙏🏻

met Omar at the Saint Petersburg IndyCar race this year in Florida. He was nice enough to let me take a picture of him and chat with me for a few moments. I shared my disappointment and is being let go and he was very gracious in responding sharing that he had new opportunities. I’m sure he would’ve talked to me further if I would’ve continued.

I’ll be watching Oásis next year (fallouts permitting) and I’m not going there for anything deep and meaningful. I’d like to think Noel Gallagher, and Paul Weller, might see this and reflect, probably not. James Blunt seems a thoroughly nice, talented and well-rounded man/musician. I challenge anyone to watch the ‘Monster’ video and not reflect on the fragility of life, family and relationships. Keep cracking on James…

i'd be brilliant in the SAS. I'd always put my team before me, especially if we we're storming a building filled with armed terrorists because all they'd hear from me is "fu@k off, you go first"...wouldn't last a minute at what special forces do and grateful to them.

Key takeaways and action items: Non-negotiables: - Be selfish. You're less help to your community if you're not taking care of yourself - Practice gratitude: Thankful for what you have, ask for what you don't. - Wim Hof breath work daily. Start with: - Most are deprived in one or more of the three essentials: - 8 essential amino acids - 2 essential fatty acids (EPA & DHEA) - 91 essential minerals - Look for these 3 things in your blood, supplement for deficiencies, magic will happen: - Glycemic control - Hormone balance (Testosterone vs Estrogen ratio is most important, not absolute levels) - Nutrient deficiencies - Get a Genetic Methylation Test, looks at 5 genes, tells you what your body can convert to usable form and what it can't Daily: - 0.5 tsp Celtic salt (e.g. Baja Gold) first thing in the morning to hydrate - Wim Hof breath work, takes ~ 8 minutes. 3 sets: 5 maximal/obnoxious breath in, relax to breathe out Last breath out, hold for as long as possible When you breath in, maximally breathe in, and hold as long as possible - Cold shower, 3-6minutes, 10C (50F) (for the cold-shock proteins, hermetic stress adaptation) - Ensure you have a good sleep routine. Schedule around your sleep. Consistency is key. - Set a bed time, and always hit it. - Ruminating at bed time? Magnesium Threonate - 2 min. contrast shower. Hot as it will go, then as cold as it will go for 30 seconds. - Remove ALL light from bedroom. Tiniest amount can increase cortisol, disrupt sleep. - 68F (20C) room temp - No screens - No alcohol - No food 2 hours before bed time - Xanax breath work: - 6 second inhale through nose - 3 second hold - 6 second exhale through mouth, through imaginary straw - imagine bringing your thoughts on inhale into your lungs, breathing those thoughts out with exhale
