I live very close to downtown Fountain Inn and the coolest part about the town is the festivals and parades that are held here. Evan my neighbor and I go to the Growler House now called the Taproom for open mics on Mondays.

Years ago it was very simple to get a license from the state to practice because the state was just as ignorant or corrupt.... They will not honor your rights whatsoever they destroy your school system so you never will be educated so they could continue exploiting you falsely accusing you and raping you...

If you’re willing, feel free to share your name so we know who’s making these accusations, so we can try to correct anything that has happened in the past. However, I believe you are the same person who contacted me bc of one of our videos, who we then decided not to work bc you made two of our agents feel uncomfortable.

As someone who has first hand experience with this real estate firm, I can say that even though Brad Allen comes across enthusiastic and sincere in his videos, and uses all the positive buzz words and lingo, the fact of the matter is that he and his realtors engage in deceptive and deceitful practices with clients ..... unfortunately.

Years ago, before this area was getting ready to move forward I had a vision of living in this area. It's so peaceful and welcoming so years later I was bless with a home in Fountain inn in 2008 love it the atmosphere makes me smile I got involved at the Yount center just to be a part of a dream come true have enjoyed it ever since greenville vision is so amazing so the surrounding areas are completing the pieces of the puzzle making it a great place to live

I grew up in Lexington when it was a town of around 1500 people, and there were more feed stores (4) than people markets (only 2: Red and White Market, & Mac's Cash N Carry). I have now lived in Southern California for > 35 years. I like SoCal for the weather, beaches, & mountains, but I like the Carolinas for the culture and down-to-earth people. My best advice for outsiders who move to Lexington, or anywhere else in SC or NC: Don't bring your outside culture to the Carolinas. Definitely don't bring California culture. Carolina culture is better. Be a blank slate and learn Carolina culture. You will be better off that way. Carolina culture succeeds and empowers you anywhere you go, including California. Agree or disagree as you please, but I know what I'm preaching about.

Nice overview...My wife and I have lived in our home in Mauldin since 2003. We would both love to get out of the subdivision (Not that it's a bad one; "The Orchard at Planters Row" off of Ashmore Bridge Rd but we'd like to get into a house on a small plot of open land with some decent trees. Maybe somewhere between 2-10 Acres. I just subscribed to the channel and will look out for future videos. Good job on the production! 👍

personallly ive lived in simpsonville for around 12 years and i would say its grown alot and i really love simpsonville (there are bad things about it but other than that its a really good place to live)
